Once your prescription glasses order has been received, it usually takes 5-7 business days before your order is shipped out. For contact lenses, if we have your prescription in stock, we will ship it out within 1-2 business days. As soon as we ship your order, we will let you know. We’ve introduced COVID-19 safety measures that may slightly increase order turnaround times. We’re doing our best to get your order to you as soon possible. 

Free Shipping on All Orders 

All orders will ship completely free.  

Order Status 

After placing your order, we will provide you with an update when it ships. If there are any questions or concerns with your order, we will reach out to you. After placing an order, if you haven’t received an order confirmation, please contact us by email at customerservice@foreyes.com. And if you haven’t received your confirmed order after 10 business days, please reach out to us by email.
